We ship out within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. Holidays will ship out on the proceeding weekday.
Free shipping applies to all orders. Manga will be shipped either via USPS Media Mail (2-7 days), USPS Ground Advantage (2-7 days). If a buyer chooses express shipping in the checkout, their order will ship via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).
Orders will be packed carefully and neatly as possible. Packages will have airbags and/or bubble wrap to prevent all sorts of damage that is possible during delivery.
Yes! We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO / AFOs, Puerto Rico & Guam. We do ship to every U.S. territory. Free shipping always applies. However, orders may take 2 weeks or more to arrive to these regions.
We do recommend placing orders within the AM hours, as we will be more than likely to ship your order the same day! (We all love same day shipping!)

Yes! International shipping is available in Canada, Europe, most of Asia and Oceania. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Ecommerce. (Can take 1-3 weeks depending on country).
Please note Tariffs / Duties / VAT are not collected on our website, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on orders arriving in your country, which will collected by the carrier upon arrival of your order.
Orders bound for Mexico & Canada, per USMCA trade agreements, books are duty free, no duties will be collected.

Returns are accepted within a week of delivery. (Please contact us via email with a request and a short reason for the return)
Returns for errors / mistakes on our end will be accepted with paid postage.
Returns for any other reason will be accepted, but buyer will have to cover the return shipping costs, and ship the package back to us.
Books must be in their original condition to be accepted for a full refund.

Due to the nature of popular in-print series always having new volumes come out every 2-6 months, sets will update and have more books once we receive the new volumes from the publisher. If the product title we offer says " xyz series Vol. 1-13 " but the product photograph shows only Volumes 1-12, you will be receiving volumes 1 through 13.
